From 1 October 2021, all orders will be sent directly to our Vetondes offices in France and in Geneva, Switzerland. They will then be sent out from either France to European customers, or from Geneva, Switzerland to our Swiss customers.
This will mean that no customs duty will be due by the customer, and the shipping costs have been reduced. VAT is still payable by the customer on all European orders.
As certain of our suppliers are outside of the EU, the above will mean that the orders will take a few more days to arrive at the customer's address.
For delivery by DHL or special delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if appropriate.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Availability of goods can vary from day to day. Where an order has been placed and the goods are not in stock, the purchaser will be notified within two working days and advised of stock availability dates. If the customer then wishes to cancel the order, VetOndes will refund the payment within 2 working days.
